Encrypted mini-apps

SP-APPS · SELF-HOSTED

Useful tools inside the private workspace.
No extra app trail.

The Global Chat Apps tab places small operational tools next to conversations: currency conversion, shared encrypted books, watch-only balances, and managed-device visibility. Every tile is policy-controlled, including the entire Apps tab.

Available tiles

Keep common operational tasks in one controlled surface.

Mini-apps are intentionally narrow. They reduce context switching and exposure to unrelated analytics SDKs without pretending to replace full financial or fleet-management systems.

01

Currency converter

Convert fiat and crypto values with current rates while discussing travel, remittance, or treasury decisions in chat.

02

Bookkeeping and shared books

Keep lightweight personal or team ledgers and share entries with Global Chat end-to-end encryption, without a third-party bookkeeping SaaS.

03

Watch-only crypto balances

Check multi-chain public-address balances without exposing spend keys or opening a separate wallet in the recent-apps tray.

04

My Devices peer view

For permitted customers and resellers, show managed devices in scope for quick household or operational visibility.

05

Per-customer toggles

Hide any tile through policy. If every tile is disabled, remove the Apps entry and leave a clean chat-only installation.

Deployment

Choose the utility set by customer or cohort.

The same Global Chat build can present a different Apps surface to a retail user, field team, household, or white-label customer.

01

Start from the workflow

Select only the small tasks users repeatedly leave the chat app to complete.

02

Enable the matching tiles

Turn on currency, books, balances, or device visibility in the assigned policy.

03

Constrain sharing

Use organization and peer-management scope to decide who can exchange shared data or see devices.

04

Remove what is unused

Disable unnecessary tiles so the app remains simple and users see only approved tools.

Intentionally narrow

Private helpers, not a hidden financial platform.

Mini-apps are convenience surfaces. Watch-only balances never hold private keys, currency rates are informational, and lightweight books do not replace regulated accounting systems.

01

Watch-only means no spend keys

Crypto private keys never reach the server or the balance tile.

02

Rates are informational

Exchange rates can move and should not be treated as executable quotes.

03

Shared input still needs review

Encryption protects transport and stored content, not incorrect entries made by participants.

04

Device scope follows policy

Visibility follows the configured peer-management and customer boundary.

Keep the surface focused

Give each deployment only the tools it needs.

Choose a mini-app set that supports the workflow without turning a private messenger into an overloaded portal.
